1. Refund Eligibility

Clients may request cancellation of the subscription at any time during the service period.

Upon cancellation, we will refund the unused portion of the subscription fee on a pro-rata basis for the remaining service period.

2. Refund Calculation

Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining days of the subscription period after the cancellation request is received.

Example:
If a client subscribes for 12 months and cancels after 4 months, the refund will be issued for the remaining 8 months of unused services.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of the cancellation request.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds will be credited to the same bank account or payment method used while making the payment.

5. No Sharing Policy

Sharing of our content, research ideas, or reports in any WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels, or other social media platforms is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription without prior notice if it is found that:

• You have shared your login details

• You have forwarded our research reports or stock ideas to external groups or platforms

6. Market Disclaimer

By subscribing to any of our services or plans, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Returns from stock ideas are not guaranteed

• Stock market performance is subject to external market factors, and we do not assure any fixed results
